Salary Range:
$111,000.00 - $145,000.00As a Program Manager, Listing Feeds, you’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency for work related to Etsy’s product catalog. You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, External Agencies and Channel Partners to ensure we promote the best of Etsy’s inventory across shopping engines, marketplaces and social commerce channels.
Etsy’s product listing feeds power all off site product ads, by providing robust and accurate information for hundreds of millions of Etsy listings to external partners. This role will plan, coordinate and track progress of key work streams to improve the transparency and engagement of feed based marketing efforts.
These programs are large-scale, cross-functional and foundational to the organization’s success in accomplishing growth and efficiency goals. Be prepared to be in the middle of the action and make a real impact in your work.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Our team is part of the larger Growth Marketing function within the Marketing org, dedicated to operational excellence. We support the people responsible for key initiatives by defining strategic priorities, managing project plans, promoting effective communication and decision making.

What the day-to-day looks like:
Build, maintain and track progress of multiple project plans, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and meet expectations.
Facilitate transparent and effective collaboration to ensure teams are aligned on priorities, tradeoffs are known and decisions are made.
Own day-to-day cross-team communication by setting meeting agendas, recording key decisions with action items, and distributing meeting recaps to keep teams informed and on track.
Set bigger picture standards for collaboration and optimize information flows by creating RACIs, maintaining program calendars, organizing reference materials, developing monthly/quarterly status summaries and executive level read-outs
Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met, adjusted or flagged as potential blockers.
Collaborate with other departments across Etsy to stay aligned on key initiatives.
Build credibility and establish rapport with participants at multiple levels, from C-Suite to Product squads.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:
5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, with familiarity of how product data feeds power Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate product listing ads
Bachelor degree or master degree in business, management, marketing, project management, engineering, or related field.
Prior experience managing large projects involving cross-functional participants, multiple dependencies, and aggressive timelines.
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring work is accurate, and that nuanced details are not overlooked
Strong business savvy to successfully navigate ambiguous and complex situations, with varying opinions, to drive decision makers to agreed solutions with clear outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communicator, able to distill complex ideas into clear guidance and communications across cross-functional teams with a wide range of technical and marketing experience
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and the latest marketing operations methodologies.
Highly proficient in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Slack messaging application
Bonus: Experience tracking projects and creating workflows using project management software like Monday.com, Jira, Wrike, Workfront, Smartsheets, Asana, Airtable, Basecamp, Trello
