We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to lead our App Enablement teams focused on improving the Etsy engineering experience for building Etsy apps.

As the Staff Product Manager for App Enablement you will be responsible for understanding the needs of internal customers, defining and implementing the product strategy, and partnering closely with your engineering counterparts to solve high impact problems for your customers and the business. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered. For candidates within commutable distance, Etsy requires in-office attendance once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What does the day-to-day look like?

• Pair closely with the Director of Engineering to identify strategies and priorities for the 4 engineering squads

• Spend time with Etsy app engineers to develop a deep understanding of their needs

• Leverage customer insights and knowledge of the business to inform the development of a long term vision, objectives, and metrics to measure impact

• As a Product Leader, you will represent the App Enablement space and collaborate with Product and Engineering Leaders across Etsy to inform and influence outcomes
