$126,000.00 - $164,000.00What’s the role?
Etsy is seeking a Senior Producer to build bold, audience-first social content that brings the brand to life in meaningful ways. In this role, you’ll drive creative development of paid social content across multiple platforms and global markets, blending data, storytelling and cultural insight to craft content that resonates.
Reporting to the Director of Paid Social Content, you’ll bring creative instincts and platform fluency to deliver compelling static and video assets that perform. You'll help unlock what connects with buyer audiences—optimizing content to move the needle at every stage of the funnel. You’ll work closely with Paid Social, Brand Strategy and our in-house video team to deliver content that’s both engaging and effective.
The ideal candidate is both a creative strategist and executional pro, with deep paid social expertise, production experience and a proven track record of delivering content that drives impact.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Paid Social Content. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What does the day-to-day look like?
Lead end-to-end creative development of paid social content—including static and video assets—tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
Develop creative strategies and content formats that align with full-funnel marketing objectives and platform best practices.
Supervise and mentor a growing team of creative freelancers, including designers and copywriters.
Review creative pitches and deliverables - from concepting to post-production, offering clear and actionable feedback while upholding high creative standards.
Manage platform-specific programming calendars to ensure we’re meeting strategic objectives and consistently delivering on campaign deadlines.
Partner with Brand Strategy, Merchandising and performance media leads to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling creative strategies.
Continuously test and iterate on creative approaches and formats to improve performance.
Surface new creative tactics and opportunities, informed by cultural and platform trends and competitive insights.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role :
8+ years of experience producing digital and social media content, with a strong understanding of paid social advertising. Prior experience at a creative or media agency is preferred.
Deep knowledge of the social media landscape: you’re immersed in social content trends with a pulse on cultural conversations.
A consistent track record of managing creative development for social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience managing freelance creative talent.
Deep understanding of platform-specific creative best practices and paid formats, particularly for Meta, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging social channels.
Fluency in paid measurement and familiarity with creative testing methodologies.
Ability to balance creative vision and storytelling with performance marketing objectives.
Exceptional time management and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Clear communication - you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and build strong working relationships with peers and partners.
A passion for supporting small businesses, creativity and craftsmanship.
