Salary Range:
$92,000.00 - $120,000.00What’s the role?
We are looking for a Product & Engineering Coordinator to support operational excellence within the Product and Engineering Organizations. This role will support critical business and organizational operations, enabling Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to operate efficiently to achieve both long-term and short-term goals. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, extremely organized, and excellent with spreadsheets.
This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Engineering and CISO. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. We provide strategic services to our CPO & CTO and their senior leadership teams and focus on driving strategic alignment inclusive of operating rhythm design, strategic programming, and creating focus for the Product and Engineering organizations.
What does the day-to-day look like?
Support Etsy’s Product and Engineering Org by:
Designing and coordinating processes, tools, and operating cadences to help teams achieve their organizational goals—including developing and maintaining effective operating rhythms.
Supporting the leadership team by integrating them into company-wide business processes such as quarterly and annual planning, goal-setting, CEO-level and org-wide business reviews, and more—managing content creation and tracking key deadlines.
Facilitating transparent communication from leaders to their teams by drafting, coordinating, and managing team-wide communications, including newsletters, org updates, all-hands, and presentation materials.
Ensuring smooth internal communication by maintaining key channels such as Google distribution lists and Slack channel memberships—updating regularly to reflect new hires, exits, and organizational changes.
Managing the planning and execution of team events, offsites, and department-wide gatherings in close partnership with relevant partners and leads.
Partnering with other Coordinators and Executive Assistants across Etsy to ensure alignment and support seamless operations.
Leading ad-hoc program management initiatives to launch new processes or programs as needed.
Represent leaders in internal and external communications with integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Support Etsy’s VP of Engineering and CISO by:
Managing calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and maintaining efficient schedules.
Working closely and effectively with Leadership to keep them well-informed of upcoming deadlines and responsibilities.
Preparing expense reports by collecting receipts and submitting for reimbursement.
Planning and managing logistics for internal and external business related meetings.
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for Leadership.
Providing additional support to Leadership, including light research, writing, editing, and presentation preparation.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:
1-3 years of demonstrated experience problem solving in a fast paced environment.
Mastery in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to define and contain complex problems, prioritize and deliver quickly.
Ability to maintain order, focus and calm in times of ambiguity and changing priorities.
Have a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves and get the work done approach.
A trust in and dedication to Etsy’s vision, mission and values.
Experience in strategy consulting either in a consulting role or similar.
Highly adaptable and flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations
