What’s the role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Etsy Ads, our ad platform!

This role leads a squad responsible for seller adoption, campaign management, and ads insights. You will be responsible for developing and realizing a strategy and roadmap that better enables sellers to successfully use Etsy Ads to achieve shop growth at sustainable cost.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Product. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.

For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered. For candidates within commutable distance, Etsy requires in-office attendance once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Etsy Ads is used by over one million of our smallest and largest sellers to grow their businesses, and is one of Etsy’s major revenue streams! The team works to create and improve our ads product across the buyer and seller experience, ad relevance, marketplace solutions, and measurement tools. We’re passionate about evolving the product to help sellers launch and grow their shops on Etsy.
 

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Collaborate across functions to develop a product strategy and roadmap that addresses high upside customer problems

• Drive, socialize, and align teammates and leaders on key product decisions that shape the future of Etsy Ads

• Partner with teams across Etsy Ads and beyond to build end to end solutions that deliver impact to our customers and the business

• Contribute to team culture, health, and success by identifying, advocating for, and taking action on opportunities to help teammates and the border team grow and thrive

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 5+ years of Product Management or comparable experience.

• Growth mindset - are curious and committed to learning. You also proactively give and embrace receiving the gift of feedback
